Our dynamic in-house design team, marketing team and testing team have placed us at the forefront of LED lighting, enabling us to deliver an extensive range of LED luminaires.

The following time frame is what we usually deliver to our customers.
(downlight for example)
1, 4 days designing time after project is signed off.
2, 7 days to make prototype including complicated optical lens.
3, 3 days to carry out simple testing. It will prove the reliability of the design.
4, 25 days tooling time.
5, 10 days, be prepared for trial production.

Quality Assurance
Mindhand fully understands the importance of quality and believes in that the quality is not manufactured in production line but from all parts of factors.
The design and craftsmanship have decided the cost of the product. But it is not the cheap and low-quality materials. We never try to increase the profit and reduce the cost at the expense of quality.
We usually carry on the following testing in house. （finished product）
1, IC & Insulation Test. (temperature rise test under insulation)
2, Dimming test. (More than 20 different dimmers been tested to ensure best dimming effects.
3, IP65 test.
4, All the electrical test(EMC,LVD….)
5, Humidity and Temperature limit test.
6, Aging test under heat room with temperature set at 40 ℃.
All our products are independently tested. They come with five to seven year ‘no quibble’ warranty.

Intellectual Property
We respect the intellectual property and patent.
We are happy to pay patents fees if we do need to use the other parties patent.
At the same time, Mindhand puts great attention to the innovation and patent application. This enables us to better protect ourselves and our customers.
